Although I placed an order ,with new prescription on 21st Jan. I had to repeat my request on 3rd. Feb. before action took place. Delivery was then made within a few days. Probably a failure of communication between the various depts. in your business!!!

Order was delayed and no communication from Animed confirming this I had to chase.

Fantastic can't fault service and quality of cat food.

An easy website to navigate. I chose the medicine, uploaded a prescription, waited for it to be approved by a real person and got the meds within a couple of days. What’s not to like?

I love the product that help my dog. The service is fantastic and very helpful

Arrived today not notified of dispatch only that it will be delivered today Tuesday when bought previous friday.poor notification.

My only complaint is that I find the website too complicated and tricky to place a straightforward order for something I repeatedly need. I therefore have to 'phone each time which can be very time consuming with delays of up to ten minutes before receiving a reply.Once the 'phone is answered the person handling the call is very good and delivery excellent. I hope this is helpful as I have no wish to be negative!Thank you Gordon V Brown

Good prices for products, reasonably quick turn around however I never quite know when I'm going to receive it as you don't send a message to say when the goods have been despatched

The ‘grilled meat’ tablets were meant to lure our cat into eating them. She took one sniff of her favourite food, in which was a heavily concealed tablet, and walked away.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication following an order for prescription food. It was only by noticing a refund into my bank account that I realised the order had been cancelled. I had emailed last week to chase up the order but didn’t receive a reply.

Arrived earlier than estimated so that was great. The outer packaging was great. Sadly when I opened the packs half of all the tins (13/24) were quite bashed. I know it’s not always possible to see bashed tins through packaging but clearly something had happened to that pack. Hopefully future orders will be back to the usual standard.
